A leading national firm with clear plans for continued growth is seeking a qualified conveyancing solicitor or residential conveyancer looking to for a home based role (on a full- or part-time basis).
If you are a qualified conveyancer based in Manchester, Cheshire or Lancashire looking for a part-time, home working role, then this could be for you.
This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the country as a residential conveyancer (conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or paralegal) and be part of a continually-expanding network of home working conveyancers.
You will be responsible for managing your own varied caseload of conveyancing transactions including complex matters, shared ownership, new build, right to buy and remortgages. Equally, you will be maintaining focus on client service/care and handling queries throughout the process, keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers and other solicitors.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified conveyancing solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX with a proven track-record in handling a volume residential conveyancing caseload. As this role will have little supervision, it's likely that you'll have 3+ years' experience in handling 90-100+ residential property files from start to finish and be used to using a case management system and the latest technology.
Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a competitive salary of up to around £35,000 (full-time equivalent), an attractive bonus based on completion targets, compliance and customer service satisfaction. Flexible working patterns are on offer and the firm is offering part-time hours (min 18hrs p/w).
You can be based anywhere within the North West - in particular Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire.
Apply now to be considered for this part-time home based conveyancing solicitor or residential conveyancer opportunity.
