A specialist litigation firm with offices in the City and West London is looking to hire a litigation solicitor into the growing team. The practice is very modern and enjoys a relaxed ethos, offering the option of working from home. This opportunity is based in the West London office.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, which includes but is not limited to:
- property disputes
- insolvency claims
- debt recovery
You, as the successful litigation solicitor, will benefit from high levels of autonomy and management opportunities, such as overseeing two paralegals in the team and participating in the business development activities.
To succeed in your application to the join this forward-thinking firm of litigation solicitors, you will:
- be a litigation solicitor with 2 or more years of PQE
- have recent and relevant experience dealing with a mixture of litigation matters
- show ambition and be self motivated to contribute to BD activities alongside your fee earning duties
The PQE is only a guide - we will consider applications from good NQs, legal executives and even very experienced paralegals that have previously managed an individual caseload.
