This head of child care solicitor role will suit an experienced care solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE, who will build up and supervise the firm's Child Care team. This firm offers outstanding levels of flexibility and agile working arrangements, enabling staff to have a great work-life balance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and developing a caseload of Child Care work, showing enthusiasm towards maintaining the local and regional networks to attract and secure new business. You will also be working with other Heads of Departments to drive your department forward.
You will need Panel accreditation and experience of dealing with a wide range of care cases with a good guarding following, ideally receiving instructions from guardians. You must have experience in marketing and building a caseload.
