Are you looking for that next step in your conveyancing career and seeking a firm which can offer quality residential property work and excellent IT systems, taking your professional development as seriously as you do?
My client is a leading Coventry Legal 500 practice with several offices spread around the county. The firm boasts an excellent track record in the areas of residential conveyancing, commercial, family, private client and litigation work, and has a large Property Team which deals with work sourced largely through local contacts, agents, and repeat and referral clients.
The senior residential conveyancer role, based in the Coventry office, would require you to undertake all aspects of the residential conveyancing process including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and new plot purchases.
You will carry out the work in an expeditious manner to meet the standards required by Lexcel. As a senior residential conveyancer, you will be expected to conduct additional duties including managing, training and supervising the wider team, managing budgets, targets and business development to build your individual profile in the property market and that of the team.
The firm offers a highly competitive salary and will work with you to enable you to achieve your career goals and objectives. There is a strong team feel to the Property Department, so individuals who work in a supportive and collegiate manner will benefit hugely from joining the department.
