If so, our client is seeking a commercial litigation solicitor to join their highly ambitious and well-regarded team, offering a dynamic and forward-thinking culture with lots of scope for progression.
Your role will involve a wide variety of duties including handling a caseload that will cover professional negligence and commercial dispute resolution matters. You will also work alongside insurers, assist in the defence of larger and more complex cases and there will be an element of advocacy in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly respected and established team, where you will gain exposure to some of the most challenging and interesting claims in this field. Also available is the opportunity to become involved in business development.
To be considered for this commercial litigation solicitor opportunity, you will ideally have gained experience of managing a similar caseload or possessing good civil litigation experience, including within the areas of personal injury, general commercial and health and safety work.
