Interim Governance Officer

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well established London based not-for-profit organisation at a very exciting point in their development on a contract basis.
This would be well suited to a governance officer with prior experience within a governance function who is keen to develop their experience in this area within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Project management support to the Directors
- Board and Committee meeting administrations (including minute taking)
- Maintaining statutory records
- Wider corporate support.
