This niche commercial practice is recruiting a senior commercial litigation solicitor into its established dispute resolution team in Exeter.
You will be joining a small team of excellent lawyers handling all manner of litigation - including shareholder and director disputes -, partnership disputes, contract disputes, supply chain issues, insolvency claims, construction & property disputes and employment matters.
Although a smaller practice, the firm competes with the much larger local firms. Clients often prefer this tailored service and as such, the firm has many excellent clients based locally and beyond.
To be successful in this role its essential you should have a client following of your own. It is envisaged you will already be a senior lawyer, senior associate or at the partnership level. You will require some form of client following to bring with you, which will allow you to hit the ground running.
Ideally, you should have at least 5+ years' experience within commercial litigation, likely having been working at a much larger firm, having received excellent training but perhaps fed up of all the bureaucracy and red tape.
Joining this firm will be completely different! You will enjoy a more relaxed environment with much encouragement and trust from the partners, with no high billing targets or requirements to stay at work until midnight!
This role could be offered at either a senior associate or partner level with an excellent salary, depending on experience, and all the autonomy you want!
