Typically, there is a variety of matters coming into the firm including commercial property sales, purchases and leases, some residential matters, sales and purchases of flats, new build homes, help to buy, transfers of equity and much more.
A lot of the clients are local or regional and the firm also has a presence for commercial with clients who have passed work their way. This is usually a mix of lower and mid-value work.
The salary for this commercial property solicitor role is competitive and the firm is offering a discretionary bonus or regular pay reviews in order to reward good performance.
The role can be whatever you want it to be, there is a clear run at things and you can do as much business development as you feel is necessary.
