To be considered for this employment solicitor role, you will have at least three years’ experience of running your caseload of matters both claimant and respondent and contentious and non-contentious matters.
You can be expected to work on matters to include; redundancy, unfair dismissal and settlement agreements, along with drafting employment contracts, to advising on how legislation applies to your client's companies and situations.
Our client is looking for an employment solicitor with a strong academic track record, sound technical knowledge and drafting skills, along with somebody ambitious and driven enough to market and develop the department going forward.
