Our client has an opportunity for a real estate legal secretary to provide support to their Commercial Property team based in Reading.
The firm's Commercial Property team advises a wide range of public and private sector clients including business occupiers, landowners, local authorities, charities, educational bodies, developers and financial institutions on their property transactions and other aspects of property law.
The ideal candidate will have first-rate secretarial skills including copy/audio typing, diary management, admin and organisation skills, along with being experienced in the use of online case management systems (SOS).
The role will include dealing with all aspects of the property conveyancing process, including:
- Land Registry
- Stamp Duty
You will also be:
- Able to type at 60 WPM
- Good working knowledge of MS Office products - particularly Word and Outlook
- Organised, motivated and with a keen eye for detail
- Professional, friendly and with a 'can-do' attitude
