You will gain excellent exposure to all aspects of rural and agricultural property including farms and estates, renewables (wind & hydro-electric projects), agricultural leases and tenancy matters, as well as sale and purchase of land and estates.
You must be a qualified solicitor in Scotland and you must have experience handling purchases, sales and leases of both urban and rural properties, either from your traineeship or post qualification.
