Established for over 150 years, this 2 branch law firm in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced fee earner to join their commercial property department.
As part of the firm's succession planning, they require a commercial property solicitor that specialises in all aspects of conveyancing and property work.
The firm has a formidable reputation and an extensive network of professional contacts in the local area. The firm offers you a broad range of property-related legal work for clients, which include several small to medium-sized business owners, as well as several agricultural farming & estates clients.
The ideal candidate will present with an NQ-3 years' PQE in commercial property experience, while also being comfortable with liaising with property developers, business owners and local landowners (including farmers). The firm has been instructed for several decades for its expertise in this area of property law.
You will be responsible for managing your commercial property caseload including sales & purchase, leasehold and commercial freehold work.
