My client is a leading corporate services firm with multiple offices globally.
This is a newly created London-based role where you will provide professional administration services, with a particular focus on corporate secretarial services, to a varied portfolio of Alternative Investment clients.
As the company secretarial senior administrator, you will be responsible for administering client entities, including the following duties:
- Prepare standard and complex minutes, and any ancillary and statutory documents as required
- Assist with the new client business take-on and exiting process as required
- Making statutory and other filings to the Registrar of Companies
- Drafting board resolutions
- Preparation of minutes
- To maintain an awareness and understanding of local regulatory requirements.
As the first point of contact in client relationships, you will take periodic reviews of clients matters, oversee the maintenance of accounting records and preparation of accounts, ensure cash payments and databases are managed and ensure the tax status of entities are observed.
Also, you will be responsible for the upkeep of databases regarding the formation of entities and ongoing maintenance of statutory registers.
This London-based role would be suitable for an individual who has previously worked in company administration, trusts or funds with a solid understanding of UK company law.
A relevant or ongoing qualification such as ICSA/STEP would be held in high regard when applying for this company secretarial senior administrator position.
