I'm working with a long-standing client that requires a capable commercial property solicitor to manage a caseload focused largely on development work.
The Solihull-based firm is a respected and expanding practice with exciting plans for its commercial property offering.
The firm is ideally looking to now recruit a relatively junior property specialist, although is still open to more experienced candidates.
Duties will include many of the following:
- Development site acquisitions and disposals
- Sales and purchases of agricultural land
- Plot sale site set up
- Option agreements
- Freehold reversion sales and purchases
- Infrastructure documents
- Section 106 agreements
- Development site finance and funding arrangements
- Promotion agreements.
