I'm looking to speak with commercial property lawyers, whether they be non-qualified or junior level solicitors or legal executives, for a Black Country based commercial property position.
My client is a well respected and long established full-service practice with a wide-ranging client base of SME's, OMB's and PLC clients and, as such, the commercial property caseload on offer will reflect this diversity.
The role will best suit a commercial property lawyer with a couple of years' experience in commercial property matters, who has dealt with a reasonable variety of work which may include acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, landlord & tenant lease-work matters and residential and commercial development and investment work.
You will work in a close-knit team with full supervision from an experienced property solicitor, as well as cross-department support and communication.
