Clinical Negligence Fee Earner

I'm recruiting on behalf of a large in-house organisation based in Birmingham that specialises in several fields, including insurance and claims management, and is seeking potential candidates with experience primarily in clinical negligence and medical malpractice work.

As a clinical negligence fee earner, you will work on behalf of insurers and insured clients, managing a busy caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims, often high value and complex multi-track disputes from healthcare providers such as care homes, GP Surgeries and other private care providers.

You will require sufficient previous experience that you can run these claims, from cradle to grave, with minimal supervision; however working as part of a team of 6, there is plenty of support and experience on hand.

The organisation offers a good training programme and will support you to achieve your career goals.
