Are you a Residential Conveyancing Technical Specialist looking to work from home?
We are currently recruiting home working conveyancing solicitors for one of the largest conveyancing law firms in the UK who are expanding nationally.
With regionally based offices, this firm is now looking to appoint experienced residential conveyancers who would perhaps like to take a step back from the front line and fee earning.
This role is unique in that you will not handle a conveyancing caseload of your own, but instead step in when other fee earners have a particularly challenging, or complex matters. This will free up their time for more simple transactions, and once resolved you will hand the case back to the conveyancer to finish up and complete.
Due to the very nature of this position, you will have limited contact with clients, yet all of your technical conveyancing expertise can be used to full effect.
To benefit from this rare technical conveyancing position, you will already be an experienced conveyancer that is well accustomed to managing a complex caseload with minimal support. You may be a licensed conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive, but with at least 4-5 years' PQE and will need to reside in the UK.
This is a home working position, although, if required you will be supplied with a desk, chair, PC and everything else you need!
Working hours are Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00, but some flexibility and/or part-time arrangements can be offered.
Competitive salary up to £33k - No commuting or parking costs!!
In addition to the home a working environment, you will also benefit from a firm-wide bonus.
