A leading accountancy practice based in Blackburn is looking to bring on board a company secretarial advisor to assist with the provision of high-quality, company secretarial services on a part-time basis, approx 20 hours per week.
You will be joining a well-established provider where your responsibilities will include:
- Company formation/strike off
- Appointment/removal of company officers
- Company Secretarial documents and resolutions
- Stock transfer forms, share reorganisations and re-designations.
Due to the part-time nature of the Blackburn-based role, the advertised salary range would be pro-rata.
