Court of Protection Solicitor

A well established, Legal 500 ranked law firm in Manchester is seeking an experienced Court of Protection solicitor (2+ years' PQE) to join their specialist team.
 
As a Court of Protection solicitor joining a highly regarded specialist team, your role will be to handle a range of services including deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney, and statutory will and gift applications.

You'll be assisting senior fee earners/deputies and will have a full caseload, which will be under the supervision of an experienced Court of Protection Partner.
 
You will ideally be a specialist Court of Protection solicitor or legal executive (minimum level 6) with experience of Court of Protection property and affairs work.

Due to the nature of the client base, you must have fantastic client care skills and the necessary emotional intelligence.
