This position has been created due to the growth of the team and for succession planning purposes.
Ideally, within 5-10 years, the successful contentious trusts and probate solicitor will lead and manage the team.
This is a senior hire and the firm is looking for someone who is ambitious and would like to take on management responsibilities.
The position might suit someone who has hit a glass ceiling in their current role and would now like to join a firm where they can realise their potential.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have a high level of expertise in contentious trusts and probate and will, ideally, have full ACTAPS membership or be working towards this.
