This top 200 corporate law firm, with an award-winning team and excellent client base, is looking to strengthen its team with the hire of a property litigation solicitor.
The team specialises in the management of risks and the resolution of disputes arising in connection with the ownership and occupation of a property. Clients range from commercial and residential landlords and tenants to developers and individuals.
Situated in the heart of the Leeds business district, this leading firm is seeking to recruit an additional property litigation solicitor, ideally between NQ and 5 years’ PQE to complement their busy team of committed and hard-working lawyers.
The successful property litigation solicitor will be expected to assume a key role supporting others on a range of property-related problems and dispute resolution matters for a range of clients including occupiers, investors, developers and private individuals.
The role is likely to include involvement in all aspects of property disputes such as dilapidations, Landlord and Tenant Act proceedings, rights of way and other contentious property issues, along with property management issues including lease renewals and landlord and tenant disputes.
Proven contentious or commercial property experience is important, preferably gained within a property/real estate environment.
You will need to demonstrate that you have a commercially focused approach to your work, have proven drafting skills and possess excellent personal organisation and time-management skills. You will be capable of assessing priorities and juggling multiple tasks and objectives effectively.
