My client is a well-established and respected legal services organisation based in Kenilworth, rural Warwickshire, that specialise in private client, estate planning, wealth management and conveyancing services.
Having built a strong existing reputation, they are seeking to develop a dedicated conveyancing offering as a separate arm of the business and are looking to recruit a qualified conveyancing solicitor to work closely with the organisation's directors.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity where you will have input in all stages of the growth of this new enterprise.
The role will require you to be involved in all aspects of the development, from day to day management and supervision of staff, delivering high-quality conveyancing services to the business' client base, responsibility for all aspects of SRA regulation and compliance, through to strategic business, financial and operational planning.
This is a challenging position but the rewards for the successful candidate, both financial and career, are superb.
In terms of practical experience, you will have a strong background in residential property work and be able to handle all aspects of the conveyancing transaction for freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered properties.
The organisation will be looking for strong leadership qualities, so some track record of managing or supervising in previous roles will be required.
