The client is looking to add to its award-winning and highly regarded team of Conveyancers at the head office in Sheffield with the hire of a residential conveyancer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, determined and enthusiastic individual looking to join a thriving and dynamic Residential Conveyancing Department. The department presently consists of 16 teams who deal with the full range of residential property services, predominantly to individual clients.
Candidates should have good residential property experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm, and be able to demonstrate the running of a varied caseload with the ability to meet financial targets year on year.
Daily duties will involve handling a broad range of residential property matters. Candidates will be commercially aware, have good client care skills, an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems. The candidate will be required to deliver excellent client service in dealing with the full range of residential property matters.
The successful candidate will also manage a legal secretary and legal assistant who collectively form a team within the department. An exceptional standard of client care and satisfaction is demanded in this position.
