A well-known, high-street law firm is seeking a legal secretary to join their Conveyancing Department in Coalville.
Due to an influx of work, the team are keen to expand their support function with the addition of an experienced conveyancing legal secretary.
Here you will be joining a busy but friendly and supportive team, where you will provide support to the Head of Department.
Your key responsibilities will include digital dictation of correspondence and documents, proof-reading, managing diaries, preparing meeting papers, maintaining and updating records, form processing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary opportunity in Coalville, it is essential that you have at least 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary in a Conveyancing team within a law firm.
You will also need excellent time management, organisational, communication and IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
