This leading national firm is recruiting an employment solicitor with 1-5 years' PQE to join their Leeds team.
Their experience includes working with clients across central and local government, NHS organisations, housing associations and private sector organisations (including manufacturing, retail, publishing and media).
The firm has a nationally recognised Employment Team which primarily advises employer organisations across the broad range of industry sectors listed above.
The successful employment solicitor will advise on both contentious and non-contentious workforce matters, working as part of a national team, supporting partner leads on more complex matters whilst being responsible for their own caseload.
You would be advising on employer relations matters including internal disciplinary/grievance/capability processes, reviewing policies and procedures and contracts, advising on equalities obligations, conduct of and/or support on Employment Tribunals, advising on TUPE processes including inputting into drafting of commercial agreements, delivering training on a broad range of employment issues and supporting business development.
The successful employment solicitor will have covered a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work to include advising on employer relations issues including settlement negotiations. Other experience should include equal opportunities, reviewing/drafting policies, contractual advice and more.
