The areas you may cover will include:
- Complex wills and probate matters
- Estate and tax planning
- IHT issues
- Court of Protection application
- Wider deputyship matters.
You will be expected to have trained with a well-regarded firm and have had solid exposure to high quality, higher-value private client work for at least 1 full training seat. Any pre-qualification experience in these matters will also be welcomed, as will a strong academic background and ties to the Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire area.
