A well-respected law firm with offices throughout the East Midlands and South Yorkshire is seeking a legal secretary to join their Conveyancing Department in Retford.
As a conveyancing legal secretary, you will be joining a friendly and supportive Conveyancing Team, where you will provide secretarial support to one experienced solicitor alongside a legal assistant.
Your key responsibilities will include digital dictation of correspondence and documents, proof-reading, managing diaries, preparing meeting papers, maintaining and updating records, form processing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary opportunity in Retford, it is essential that you have at least 6 months' solid experience working in a Conveyancing Department within a law firm.
You will also need excellent time management, organisational, communication and IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
