An opportunity for an experienced legal secretary has become available to join a Legal 500 law firm based in York.
Due to expansion, this prestigious and highly reputable firm is looking to add to its Commercial Property Department by appointing an experienced commercial property legal secretary.
To be successful in securing this position, you must have previous experience working within a similar department. You will need to be an accomplished touch typist with the ability to type at the speed of 70+ wpm.
In this full-time role your duties will include:
- Typing up letters, emails and all correspondence via Bighand digital dictation
- Diary management - organising meetings, arranging appointments
- Preparation of bills and general admin
- Administration duties such as - all types of filing.
