This will be a mixed claimant and respondent caseload as the team advise individuals, businesses and not-for-profit organisations on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues including recruitment, contracts and policies, discrimination, TUPE and Employment Tribunal claims.
This is a truly exciting option for a NQ to 2 PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join an established law firm.
Interested candidates will have gained at least 6 months experience during their training contract completing an employment seat.
The firm requires energetic and enthusiastic junior solicitors to join a team which has a firm presence in the East Midlands employment law market. Excellent client handling and business development skills required.
