My London based client is a leading provider of capital market solutions and fund management. With multiple offices globally and over 2,000 staff, they operate in the key financial centres of the world.
At present, they now have an opportunity for an experienced company secretarial professional to assist the manager with the oversight of the day to day operations of the team.
As a company secretary, your duties will include managing a portfolio of clients from inception to dissolution, ensuring statutory registers are maintained and managed, completing internal compliance files for new clients and file reviews for existing clients.
In addition, you will be in charge of overseeing the process agent service and administration, take on ad hoc projects, train and supervise junior members of staff and assist the business development manager with proposals and attend networking events. You will also assist the head of department with monthly reporting obligations and assist other departments such as HR, and finance as required.
This role is based in London and would be ideally suited to an experienced company secretary who has previously worked in a corporate services environment. The ICSA qualification would also be held in high regard.
