A leading client of mine has a standout opportunity for a rural property solicitor to join their team based in Aberdeen.
You will be the advising a range of clients based in the North East and Highlands but we also act for clients elsewhere in Scotland.
The successful candidate will be in the 4+ years' PQE bracket and if at the more junior level will have enjoyed at least six months within your traineeship in a rural/agricultural law seat.
You will be providing advice to a variety of clients ranging from estate owners and farmers to rural property developers. Your caseload includes a mix of agricultural leasing (acting for both landlord and tenant), renewable energy projects and working closely with the Firm’s Private Client team in tax and estate planning activities for agricultural and rural clients.
