To be considered for this residential conveyancing paralegal role, you will be expected to have at least 6 months of conveyancing case management experience and ideally have exposure to the full life cycle of a conveyancing file, from start to completion. You will be able to assist senior fee earners in managing a busy caseload.
Ideally, you will have some exposure to the following:
- Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
- Utilising case management software and familiarity with conveyancing case management systems is desirable
- Creating and amending property related documentation
- Dealing with ordering routine property searches
- Production of routine correspondence
- Helping out other members of the team whenever possible
- Diary management
- Post completion.
Ideally, you will be looking for a long term progression route within conveyancing and will be keen to get stuck in from day one.
