Contentious Property Solicitor

A Legal 200 firm in Guildford is seeking a contentious property solicitor to join their highly ranked Dispute Resolution department. 
 
The department advises on a wide range of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes in both residential and commercial property, dilapidations, break notices and breaches of lease covenants.

They also advise on disputes in relation to joint ventures and development land, disputes involving covenants, rights of way and easements, contested and uncontested lease renewals and property insolvency.

An understanding of leasehold enfranchisement and service charge disputes would be advantageous. 
 
As a contentious property solicitor, you will have at least 2 years' post qualification experience and have significant exposure working on a varied property litigation caseload.
