A well-respected, East Midlands based law firm is seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their Conveyancing Department in Hinckley.
As a conveyancing legal secretary, you will be joining a friendly and supportive Conveyancing team, where you will provide secretarial support to one legal executive. Your key responsibilities will include digital dictation of correspondence and documents, proof-reading, managing diaries, preparing meeting papers, maintaining and updating records, form processing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary opportunity in Hinckley, it is essential that you have previous experience working as a legal secretary in a Conveyancing team within a law firm.
You will also need excellent time management, organisational, communication and IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
