This particular law firm can offer you a supportive and close-knit office environment where you will work alongside the firm's Conveyancing Department generating new business for the firm. Your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Dealing with all calls from direct clients and providing them with quotes and effectively turn calls into instructions
- Assisting with Land Registry applications and archiving/closing files
- Providing key administrative support to the team.
To be considered for this conveyancing new business assistant role based in Solihull you must have at least 12 months' experience working in a similar role or working as an estate agent/sales negotiator, be genuinely concerned with attracting new business and helping the firm grow and be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with a confident attitude.
