Our client is an international Legal 500 law firm with offices across Scotland, Europe and worldwide and due to impressive growth, its well-regarded Property Recoveries Team seeks an additional property litigation solicitor. This opportunity will be based in Glasgow.
You will be working within one of the best and most experienced property recovery teams and also for a firm who are committed to equality, diversity and an inclusive environment.
Your role will include managing a varied and high-quality caseload (pursuer and defender) consisting of subrogated property damage recovery/liability claims. There will also be an element of supervision to junior members of the team.
To be considered for this litigation solicitor opportunity, you will ideally have gained experience of dealing with a wide range of litigated matters (property damage recovery litigation/insurance is desirable) and have had exposure to working within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will also be competent in handling their own caseload of litigation matters, as well as managing the workload of others.
You will be a highly motivated individual who is able to support and encourage junior members of the team. A proactive and team approach is also essential. The firm will offer excellent ongoing training and progression, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
