In this senior wills and trusts solicitor position, you will be joining the private wealth department, which is a group made up of lawyers, accountants and financial advisers. You will be joining a close-knit team that can provide you with support and help you build up your own experience with top quality work.
As part of the private wealth team, you will help service clients that have a range of needs be it families, individuals or trustees across the UK and beyond. Areas this firm currently advises on include trusts and estate planning, inheritance, tax, transfer of land and associated business and preparing wills. This role has a couple of key objectives attached to it, namely succession planning and further growth.
As a result, the ideal candidate will be a senior solicitor with a wealth of experience as a private client practitioner. You will have extensive exposure acting for families, individuals and trustees. It would be advantageous if you have your own following as well as harbouring managerial skills.
The vast majority of solicitors in this team have furthered their knowledge with qualifications such as STEP and it is expected that you have too.
