Are you an employment solicitor looking to specialise mainly in respondent work at a firm based in Plymouth?
This friendly and successful law firm is searching for an additional employment solicitor or legal executive to join their busy employment law team.
This role is unusual as it will mainly be advising employers on respondent matters. This team also gives employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations and can apply this knowledge in the workplace.
This is a hands on role and you will ideally need at least 2 years' experience within employment law to apply.
Your caseload will include contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as Tribunals, should matters progress that far.
Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives. You should be confident to pick up on employment law matters with minimal supervision from day one.
You will join a very busy and reputed team based in Plymouth and continue the good work achieved to date.
