A well known, listed organisation is looking for a company secretarial assistant to join their North West based team and provide a range of CoSec and administrative support to the Group.

The company secretarial assistant role, to be based in Widnes, offers exposure to a real variety of responsibilities, including:

- Board/committee meeting support; agendas, board packs, minutes
- Involvement in sections of the annual report
- Preparation of regulatory news announcements and management of the insider/PDMR lists
- Handling shareholder enquiries.

Gaining experience in such a broad range of company secretarial tasks like this and being directly involved in board level matters from such an early stage in your career is very unique - so certainly an opportunity to grab with both hands!
