This highly reputable Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing legal secretary to join its successful team in Thirsk, North Yorkshire.
Working within the firms busy Conveyancing Department, you will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the fee-earners.
Your duties will include:
- Making initial calls to obtain all relevant and vital information
- Preparing all files for completion in both sales and purchase
- Preparing contract packs
- Typing up all enquiries
- Diary management
- Attending meetings when required
- Other ad hoc secretarial duties.
This is a full time 37.5 hour position, however, part-time hours will be considered for the more experienced secretary, along with flexible working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
To be successful, you must have previous secretarial experience (within a law firm is desirable but not essential) and be able to demonstrate strong, fast and accurate audio/copy typing skills.
