Litigation Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a litigation solicitor to join a leading regional law firm to be based at their South West Birmingham office.

The firm offers a friendly and supportive environment, along with modern technology and plenty of autonomy!

Our client is looking to appoint a litigation solicitor around 2–5 years' post qualification to join their team.

You will come on board handling your own caseload of litigation matters to include consumer disputes, landlord & tenant, possession claims, personal injury, debt recovery, partnership disputes, IP disputes, contractual disputes and general civil litigation matters.

As a litigation solicitor in this team, you must be able to work independently without significant supervision, the partner is on hand to provide support where necessary but is unable to train somebody – so it is essential that you have a broad range of litigation experience from the outset!
