Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal

Based in York, this Legal 500 firm is looking to hire a Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal. This firm has experience of acting across all aspects of accident and injury and is one of the most well known and highly regarded firms in the area. 

Claims include RTA, EL & PL, head injuries, spinal injuries, fatal accidents, motorcycle accidents and more. 

This Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal role will be predominantly a support role assisting the fee earners within the unit, however there is an opportunity for the right candidate to work towards holding a caseload over time. 

Previous PI experience is required for this role whether it be Defendant or Claimant, though Defendant would be preferred. 

Quality of service is at the heart of everything this firm do, candidates must therefore have exceptional client service skills along with the ability to prioritise effectively and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail within a busy role.
