This Legal Secretary role will sit within the projects and procurement team who have extensive experience of advising clients across a wide range of areas including education, public infrastructure, public procurement and state aid.
This Legal Secretary role will focus heavily on documents. Documents play a large part in this role and they are looking for an organised secretary with excellent IT skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Legal Secretaries who have dealt with complex agreements/documents are preferred.
The successful Legal Secretary will have responsibility for client billing, including preparation of bills and assisting with client reporting using excel spreadsheets.
You will also have responsibility for file maintenance, both electronic and paper-based. You'll be working as part of a team of secretaries, so the ability to work cohesively with others is essential.
