A well-respected, Legal 500 firm are seeking an experienced legal secretary to join their Conveyancing Department in Spalding.
As a conveyancing legal secretary, you will be joining a friendly and supportive Conveyancing Team where you will provide secretarial support to several fee earners including those at partner level.
Your key responsibilities will include digital dictation of correspondence and documents, proof-reading, managing diaries, preparing meeting papers, maintaining and updating records, form processing, filing, photocopying and scanning.
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary opportunity in Spalding, it is essential that you have previous experience working as a legal secretary within a law firm. Experience in conveyancing is not required but would be advantageous.
You will also need excellent time management, organisational, communication and IT skills (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
