A leading commercial focused, Legal 500 Law Firm in Luton is looking to recruit a highly successful qualified employment solicitor to join their fast expanding team.
If you are keen to work with a tea of Lawyers who specialise in high-value respondent work with a leading city and regional client base, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This particular Luton-based client is long-standing with a strong reputation for staff retention and promotion.
You will ideally be experienced in a broad range of respondent matters, from general employment advice to large SME’s, PLC’s as well as some national and FTSE 350 clients. Aside from this, there is also an interest in candidates with Director level employee work.
You will be dealing with matters such as settlement agreements, redundancy scenarios, employment contract drafting, and also some HR and benefits matters for larger commercial clients, and will be expected to promote the firm to existing and new clients and generally be required to assist in the general marketing of your firm. You will ideally have exposure to leading AIM Listed, FTSE 350 and PLC client base and well as a wealth of exposure to SME and owner-managed businesses.
The role presents a great opportunity if you are a successful employment solicitor with ideally at least 6 years' PQE and a desire to be actively involved in the further development of this successful department. You will ideally have some managerial exposure and should ideally be keen to move into a Head of Department role within a reasonable time scale.
