Our client is a Legal500 firm with an outstanding reputation based in Edinburgh and is now seeking a residential real estate paralegal to join their well-regarded team.
Offering real career progression prospects with a friendly working environment, you will play a key role and will be involved in working closely with the fee earners in a fast-paced team.
Working both independently and as part of the team, you will manage a wide variety of transactions which will include (but not limited to):
- Examinations of title
- Drafting dispositions
- Dealing with correspondence between solicitors
- Lender and clients and the preparation of client fee notes
- Completion of all LBTT and registration forms
- Undertaking searches and processing Land Registry fees.
You may also be required to provide support to the Residential Real Estate team in Dundee when required.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 year of experience gained within a similar position and bring a positive "can-do" attitude, drive, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
