I am currently working with a Legal 500 Coventry based firm who is recruiting for an experienced private family solicitor to run an existing caseload of high quality privately funded matrimonial matters.
My client is a well established Legal 500 firm with a family team spread across their network of offices.
Due to on-going workflows, they require an experienced family solicitor to work out of their Coventry office, focusing predominantly on privately funded divorce, ancillary relief and private Children Act work.
There is a full caseload from the outset, however, you will be expected to build a reputation locally with a view to developing work in the future through targeted networking and other business development activities.
The busy team has fee earners across various levels of experience and abilities. Part of the role will be to work with more junior members, training and conducting regular file reviews to ensure work is dealt with to a high standard and timely manner.
The firm is proud to hold various management accreditations, including LEXCEL, and would look to the successful applicant to work to these standards.
