Your key duties will include:
- Digital dictation
- Opening files
- Preparing contract packs
- Liaising with clients and agents
- Submitting SDLT forms
- Dealing with Land registry applications
- Submitting searches.
You would be joining a busy and successful team of six where you would provide 1:1 support to one experienced solicitor.
To be considered for this conveyancing assistant opportunity in Leicester, you must have at least 12 months' experience in residential conveyancing.
