A new opportunity has arisen as an ambitious and driven commercial property solicitor for a growing, Legal 500 ranked team in Dundee.
With an influx of work, the duties of the role will include a full range of commercial property work. The role will involve working closely with the partner handling sales and purchase, leasing, property investment, property finance, property development and property disputes. The commercial property team advise on private, public and third-party sectors, which includes national and international companies.
You must be technical, business-minded and have the ability to work autonomously although supervised by the partner. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from inception to completion covering varied, complex high net worth matters. You will have the guidance of a supportive and encouraging team and access to all the latest learning and development technology.
