A temporary to permanent opportunity based outside of Birmingham city centre has arisen for a conveyancing legal secretary to join its established conveyancing department.
This opportunity is full time, hours are 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday and is initially working on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent.
In this conveyancing legal secretary role you will provide legal secretary support to 2 conveyancing executives where your key duties will include:
- Audio copy typing
- Using the firm's online case management system (TIKIT)
- Diary and file management
- Preparing and amending documents
- Dealing with the Land Registry
To be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary role based just outside of Birmingham city centre you will need previous experience working as a conveyancing secretary, have excellent typing skills, along with strong communication skills.
